About Peer Vehadar

Founded in 2021 in Netanya, Israel, Peer Vehadar (פאר והדר) is a faith-based non-profit that pairs spiritual enrichment with practical relief for Torah students (אברכים) and families facing economic strain. We provide stipends for learners, direct financial aid, and food baskets for households in need, while organizing regular shiurim and community events that deepen knowledge, promote shared values, and build belonging. Our governance is led by a committed board and authorized signatories who emphasize transparency, compassion, and effective stewardship. What sets us apart is our dual commitment to dignity and learning—we do not simply provide charity; we create opportunities for growth, continuity, and communal strength.
